Comments:

Odd but pleasing upright design though the alarm is rather quiet (not helped by being mounted on the base) and the nine-minute snooze delay is a rather odd number.  I think this looks quite retro - even for its time - more like a 70s design.  Quite a lot of components for its late date.  The chip used has a 12/24 hour display, radio switch on control and power fail display mode which is not used on this model.  It also has a sleep timer mode; also not used.

Components: 1 x clock IC: Texas TMS3450NL M9519 (week 19 of 1995), 28 pin DIL, 400mil width
1 x LED display module: 655 SHAN
0 x transistors
5 x diodes
3 x capacitors
7 x resistors
1 x buzzer (mounted on base)
1 x miniature mains transformer (mounted on base)
Boards: Switch board is fixed to the upper case section and has one diode.  This has a four-way ribbon cable to the main board (H HN95 K23C); this is loose and connected to the display board via a 30-way ribbon cable and one loose wire.  Display board is held in place by plastic guides.
Construction: Remove the two screws on the underside of the case and the top will lift away easily.

Logic comments: To set the time, press the (TIME) key and simultaneously press either the (Hour) or (Min) key to increment the value
To set the alarm time, press the (ALARM) key and simultaneously press either the (Hour) or (Min) key to increment the value
When doing this you van use multiple presses of the keys or hold and let increment
Alarm on/off toggle switch is on the rear.
Suitably large (SNOOZE) key gives a nine minute delay to the alarm
