Calculators: RFT
Stands for Radio- und Fernsehntechnik, an Eastern German (or GDR, German Democratic Republic or DDR) manufacturer of calculators.  RFT components were familiar in the UK from 1961 when they imported valves (vacuum tubes) for wireless and TV applications.
