Rare opportunity to acquire some vintage car ephemera - an original Ford Anglia Instruction book for models 1953 onwards, issued around 1956.

Fabulous stuff, a real piece of history which is a fascinating read, but a real must if you own a vintage Anglia. When I was a kid we had an Anglia, but this is even older than that as it shows the "first-second-top" gear configuration and covers the standard and "de-luxe" models.

	Quite good condition for its age. Although the cover is yellowed with some minor grubbiness, the inside pages are in very clean condition and the spine is holding all pages very well.
	88 black and white pages with numerous pictures (see example below) and illustrations.
	Covers: Facts about you Anglia, Starting, Running-in and Driving, Routine Servicing, Maintenance and Adjustments, Fault Finding
	It includes wiring diagrams, decarbonising and valve grinding (are you kidding!), brakes, clutch, suspension, the lot. Ideal if you are restoring an old Anglia.
	The section on driving is fascinating, taking you through gear changing (up and down) coasting, braking and clutch riding. Run-in top speed was 45 mph!
