It's a Miss!

Funny that it is a miss really.  The gap is still there in the modern kitchen as boiled eggs are still made in the pan of water.  One of the few things not to succumb to the microwave revolution, the humble boiled egg has eluded modernisation!   From the look of the picture, it was pushing it with two eggs as quite a bit of water would have evaporated over two minutes of boiling.
