I knew someone this Christmas that got a shower radio that didn't look too different from this.  It's never been a great hit, but as you can still get them, it cannot be a miss either.

Unless they used some very thin plastic under the speaker grill I imagine that, eventually, the speaker could be affected by the steam from a bathroom or kitchen.
