| Design: | Large black plastic case with gold painted trim and gold woven speaker cloth. Knobs are silver capped and the magic eye escutcheon looks like something out of Flash Gordon. Piano key selection of wavebands was very popular between 1955 and 1957. | |

| Comments: | Internal aerials for AM and FM reception, but external aerial socket fitted. A well built radio with a lovely sound and plenty of power. The speaker cloth on this example needs re-stretching; a common fault. Never been touched inside, so obviously very reliable. Card back protudes much like a TV back allowing for a CRT. Trader sheet 1301. |
